Welcome to BaliHealth. This website is operated by BaliHealth Directory Services. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to BaliHealth. By visiting our site and/or using our services, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, healthcare providers, patients, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Healthcare Directory Services

BaliHealth provides a platform that connects patients with healthcare providers in Bali. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The information provided through our Service is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

While we make efforts to verify the credentials of healthcare providers listed on our platform, we cannot and do not guarantee the quality of their services. Users are responsible for verifying the qualifications and suitability of any healthcare provider they choose to engage with through our platform.

Appointments made through our platform constitute an agreement between the user and the healthcare provider. We facilitate this connection but are not a party to this agreement and bear no liability for the services provided.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Reviews and User Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

Healthcare Provider Terms

Healthcare providers who list their services on our platform agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information about their qualifications, services, operating hours, and contact information. Providers are solely responsible for the accuracy of this information.

Providers agree to respond to appointment requests in a timely manner and to honor appointments made through our platform. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in the removal of the provider's listing from our platform.

Providers are solely responsible for the services they provide to patients and for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing the practice of their profession.

Data Sharing and User Consent

As part of our service offering, BaliHealth operates an optional data sharing program. By participating in this program, you grant us permission to share or sell certain categories of your data with our trusted third-party partners as described in our Privacy Policy.

Participation in our data sharing program is completely voluntary. You may opt in during registration or at any time through your account settings. You may also withdraw your consent at any time, although this may affect your access to certain premium features that are offered as benefits of the program.

When you opt into our data sharing program, you acknowledge and agree that:

• We may share or sell specified categories of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy
